Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing time, delivery estimates, tracking, and how to report shipping problems.

1) Where we ship

We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted due to size/weight, carrier rules, or destination access.

2) Processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs extra handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you.

3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

  • Standard: typically 5–8 business days
  • Expedited: typically 4–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
    Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4) Tracking & split shipments

Tracking is emailed once a shipping label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.

5) Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address and contact phone at checkout. Returned shipments due to address issues may require reshipping fees.

6) Damage, loss, or major delays

Contact help@jayindustry.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
